Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have six months supervisory experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in following facility medication administration policies.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Develop and implement procedures to reduce medication errors.
• Perform administrative tasks and submit required reports.
• Participate in facility surveys and QA programs.
• Attend care plan meetings and continuing education programs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report hazards.
