Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader, delivering high-quality resident care while mentoring teammates.

You will provide hands-on ADL support, coach caregivers on safety, documentation, and ISP alignment, and assist with onboarding and professional development. This role emphasizes compassionate service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications are required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.

16.70 - 20.95
