Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader and provide hands-on resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.

You will lead shift assignments, monitor resident changes, review charting, and ensure alignment with ISP, fostering safety and high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities
