Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Danville, CA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, provide hands‑on assistance, and coach a caregiving team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality resident care. The role combines frontline caregiving with leadership responsibilities across shifts.

You will mentor new team members, review care plans, and ensure safety and compliance while promoting a positive, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coverage.

What We’re Looking For:

• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

20.60 - 25.80
