Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living leads in Raleigh, NC, seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You will lead shift assignments, monitor resident changes, and ensure compliance with care plans.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, and experience in assisted living or senior care.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Excellent communication, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and manage attendance.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
