Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to lead shifts, provide hands-on ADL support, and coach staff in a senior care environment. Responsibilities include chart reviews, ISP alignment, and mentoring new team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.
