Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to manage shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach caregivers, and ensure documentation aligns with ISP. You will lead onboarding, monitor resident changes, and promote safety and compliance on a frontline leadership level.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, accountability, and professional conduct in a senior care environment, with opportunities for career growth within Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
