Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Redmond, WA seeks a Lead Caregiver to grow your career while leading compassionate care. You will lead shift assignments, coach caregivers, review charts, and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).

You will provide hands-on ADL support, promote safety and compliance, and mentor new team members in a fast-paced senior living environment. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required, with a competitive hourly pay range of $22.00–$27.60

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:
