Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensure consistent resident care, and coach the caregiving team on quality and documentation standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating coverage, providing hands‑on ADL support, reviewing ISP alignment, mentoring new staff, and promoting safety and compliance during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Demonstrated communication, delegation and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
