Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Raleigh to serve as shift leader, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. We look for a High School Diploma or GED, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications, plus strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills; experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred.

Pay ranges from $15.20 to $19.05 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, PTO,

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
