Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking a Lead Caregiver who serves as shift leader, providing hands-on ADL support and coaching the caregiving team to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

You’ll review ISP-aligned charting, monitor resident changes, and help onboard new team members while promoting safety and compliance. This role blends frontline caregiving with leadership responsibilities, offering growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities
