Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to supervise shifts and provide hands-on support for residents. You will coach caregivers, ensure charting aligns with ISP, and monitor resident changes while promoting safety and high-quality care.

The role includes onboarding support and mentoring, with opportunities to grow into leadership within a compassionate senior-care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
