Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Washington state to serve as shift leader, providing hands-on support and guiding a caregiving team. You will ensure quality, hospitality, and accurate documentation while coordinating coverage and onboarding new staff.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, plus strong communication and decision-making skills to deliver compassionate senior care.
