Sunrise Senior Living in Rockville, MD is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and mentor for the caregiving team, ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach staff on quality and documentation, review ISPs, monitor resident changes, and support onboarding while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Responsabilités

Pay Range:

19.65 - 24.60
