Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Yorba Linda, CA to serve as shift leader, providing hands-on ADL support and coaching the caregiving team.

You will review charts, ensure ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and help with onboarding, safety and compliance. A strong communication and teamwork approach helps the entire community shine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 18.50 - 23.25
