• Proven track record of delivering data-driven product initiatives
• Comfort designing data studies and testing hypotheses using data

Responsabilidades

• Bring entrepreneurial attitude to evaluate Slate portfolio opportunities
• Develop and prioritize initiatives to grow revenues and accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features and experiences
• Partner with analytics, marketing, product, operations, risk and finance to articulate benefits
• Navigate a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
• Act as a thought leader to persuade and educate across the org
• Deliver monthly reporting and strategy read-outs for Slate
• Prioritize work benefiting customers and the firm
• Focus on customer jobs and alignment with current or new products
• Leverage data-driven insights to drive decisions and risks as needed
• Drive measurable business results and shareholder value
• Lead data studies and tests to understand customer drivers
• Push boundaries to innovate for customer needs
• MBA or equivalent experience in financial services or consumer products
