JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a product leader for the Slate portfolio. You will own the card product’s performance, define value propositions and customer experiences, and advocate for policies that benefit customers and the firm.

The role requires leveraging customer insights, P&L acumen, and data analysis to identify profitable opportunities and drive Slate expansion to more customers. You will partner across marketing, risk, acquisitions, and operations to deliver new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to translate customer needs into product opportunities.
• Experience working in risk, finance, marketing, or product management in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead through collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive quantifiable business results and shareholder value.
• Experience designing data studies and interpreting customer drivers to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to evaluate opportunities for the Slate portfolio of cards.
• Provide strategic thought to prioritize initiatives that grow revenues and accounts while solving customer pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and a compelling product experience.
• Partner with analytics, marketing, product, operations, risk and finance to articulate benefits to customers and P&L.
• Navigate a matrixed organization, influence partners, and build consensus across departments.
• Present ideas clearly to educate and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Package and deliver monthly reporting and strategy read-outs for the Slate portfolio.
• Advocate for Slate initiatives that benefit customers and the firm.
• Focus on customer needs and how current or new products fit their jobs to be done.
• Leverage risk, finance, marketing, or product management experience to guide decisions.
• Lead with collaboration to drive results and value creation.
• Design data-driven studies, read beyond the data, and take calculated risks.
