Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Director, Capital Programs & PMO to lead the engineering project portfolio and capital investment strategy. This role combines PMO leadership, capital program governance, and senior engineering direction to deliver high-impact projects that support growth and productivity.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 15+ years in capital projects or PMOs.
• Proven ability to lead large capital programs and complex engineering initiatives.
• Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering PMO strategy, governance, and project delivery standards.
• Direct portfolio governance, prioritization, and capital planning processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure programs deliver business value.
• Manage risk, resources, change, and performance reporting across the portfolio.
• Oversee front-end loading, feasibility, charters, schedules, and budgets.
