Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Director, Capital Programs & PMO to join our team in the Raleigh area. This role leads the Engineering PMO strategy, portfolio governance, and capital investment planning, driving high-impact projects from concept through startup and handoff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
15+ years of progressive experience leading capital projects or PMOs.
7+ years leading project portfolios or engineering organizations.
Experience with capital planning, budgeting, ROI analyses.
Ability to influence executive leadership and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering PMO strategy, governance, and project controls.
Direct capital portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment planning.
Oversee major capital projects from concept through startup and handoff.
Develop dashboards and reporting for portfolio visibility and ROI.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to deliver value.
