Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with applicable experience.
• 3 years of project engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple large concurrent assignments with emphasis on project management, productivity, and packaging development.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving, decision making, communications and team management skills.
• Good understanding of packaging and processing systems with knowledge of plant manufacturing, engineering, quality, and research functions.
• Thorough understanding of GMP, Food Safety, EPA and OSHA regulations; experience with continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead Engineer on capital projects – budget, schedule, construction management, start-up and close-out.
• Develop system design standards and improve existing ones with technical evaluation.
• Lead engineering safety culture and interface with business units.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting to Engineers and Maintenance.
• Support annual capital planning and capital program management for operating departments.
• Utilize CI tools including Early Management, Specialized Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance and FMEA.
