Job summary

Live Parallel is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate for our Orange Park, FL store. You will drive customer experience and sales by coaching teammates, modeling expert service, and partnering with the Store Manager to communicate results and goals.

You will also act as a training ambassador, guide product knowledge, and ensure accurate records and compliance. You bring at least 2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a proven track record of achieving sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to drive sales results and influence others.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as training ambassador for new hires and product launches.
• Coach associates on consultative selling techniques and upselling.
• Partner with Store Manager to communicate results and goals to the team.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, handling opening/closing and store operations.
• Provide cannabis product recommendations with knowledge of dosing and effects.
• Process customer transactions using POS systems and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records in compliance with state/regulatory standards.
• Support merchandising and promotional execution.
