Parallel in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a passionate Lead Retail Sales Associate who will train teammates, manage daily store operations, and deliver exceptional patient experiences through education and empathy.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or over with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail experience with strong customer service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation and product education.
• Manage opening/closing, banking and store security as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Model best-in-class service and build long-term patient relationships.
• Provide expert cannabis recommendations and discuss therapy goals, dosing, and methods.
• Handle patient intake, ensure privacy, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Process orders via POS and maintain records per state and local regulations.
