Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Production Technician in Hammonton, NJ, with a Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift. You will oversee the filling and packaging of cannabis products, ensuring product integrity, safety, and efficiency.

You’ll lead a team, coordinate across departments, manage inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and compliance with state regulations. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks, including filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products.
• Oversee all lab product filling and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping for all products and materials.
• Fill capsules, concentrates, syringes, and vaporizer cartridges with precision.
• Weigh, seal, and package products with accuracy.
• Apply tamper-evident seals and batch-specific labeling.
• Monitor productivity metrics and track performance hourly and daily.
• Train and mentor team members to foster accountability and excellence.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure tools are maintained.
• Maintain compliance with state labeling and seed-to-sale tracking.
• Implement 5S and waste reduction initiatives.
• Ensure workplace safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with demand.
