Job summary

Curaleaf in Hammonton, NJ is hiring a Lead Cultivation Associate to lead a team in the vegetative garden, ensuring compliance, safety, product integrity, and productivity. You will support mother plant care, cloning, inventory control, and assist with flowering duties as required.

The role requires 1 year of experience in cannabis/agriculture, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in commercial cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and improve each operation.
• Understand basic weight and measurement concepts and operate scales/meters.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cultivation Associates in cultivation tasks (watering, feeding, defoliating, transplanting, cleaning) in the vegetative garden space.
• Co-lead and support sanitation, room preparation, mother plant care, cloning, etc.
• Care for cannabis plants via transplanting, pruning and fertilizing under management oversight.
• Lead pace to meet the grow plan and schedule while ensuring product integrity.
• Monitor and report conditions of lighting, HVAC, CO2, irrigation, air flow, humidity, and pest control.
