Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Production Associate in Hammonton, NJ to join a fast-paced, quality-driven team that packs and labels premium cannabis products—from dried flower to vape cartridges.

You will follow clear procedures, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and work with teammates to keep operations running smoothly, with reliability and accuracy at the core of every finished product.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing/packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines with QA checks.
• Boost efficiency and minimize waste by collaborating with the team.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks and ensure data recording accuracy.
• Keep the extraction/packaging area organized and inspection-ready.
• Follow OSHA standards and SOPs to ensure compliant labeling.
