Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Extraction Supervisor in Hammonton, NJ to lead the Extraction and Purification staff and ensure production targets are met.

The role reports to the Lab Manager and requires 2–3 years in a lab/manufacturing setting with a BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, involving operation of advanced extraction equipment per cGMP.

Salary is $62,000 per year with a Monday–Friday 1PM–9:30PM shift; Curaleaf offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or greater in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry or similar with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a lab or manufacturing setting required
• QA/QC experience with HPLC and GC analysis highly preferred
• Scientific writing for processes, training, and procedures that require documentation
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1-year experience in the cannabis industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the Extraction and Purification staff and manages production results by communicating expectations and coaching staff.
• Report to Lab Manager with daily production metrics and variance explanations.
• Coordinate between 1st and 2nd shifts and ensure efficient production planning.
• Operate and maintain extraction and purification equipment per cGMP standards.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure regulatory compliance.
