Job summary

Curaleaf in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Lead Cultivation Associate to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest, ensuring top-quality cannabis. You’ll gain hands-on experience in plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvest activities as part of a collaborative cultivation team.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and accurate inventory and documentation. Shift is M-F 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; full-time, non-exempt, with room to grow within a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• Natural green thumb with passion for plants and cultivation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
• Excellent documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
• Solid math and measurement skills; comfortable with scales.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain optimal conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, and disease; remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry‑rack, monitor climate, label and weigh products.
• Operate/maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate systems; keep areas clean.
• Assist during high demand to prepare and package products, including extraction items.
• Label plants and enter inventory information per state regulations.
