Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Extraction Supervisor in Hammonton, NJ to lead the Extraction and Purification team, ensuring compliance with state regulations and product quality. The role includes overseeing daily production metrics, coordinating staff, and maintaining accurate records within cannabis inventory software.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a lab/manufacturing setting, experience with HPLC/GC, and a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or greater in Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar.
• QA/QC experience with HPLC and GC analysis highly preferred.
• Scientific writing for processes, training, and procedures that require documentation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Extraction and Purification staff and manage department results.
• Report production metrics to Lab Manager and explain variances.
• Coordinate extraction scheduling and training for the team; ensure regulatory compliance.
