Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks an experienced construction project manager to own the outcome of major infra projects on a Silicon Valley campus. You will manage central utilities, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire/life safety, and modernization from planning through closeout.

You will lead budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships for multiple $5M–$20M+ projects, coordinating with internal teams, architects, and engineers to anticipate risks and keep clients informed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi‑million dollar infrastructure projects (typically $5M–$20M+).
• Deep knowledge of MEP, building systems, and campus infrastructure.
• Ability to own budgets, schedules and contracts; run OAC meetings and escalate early.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout for multiple $5M–$20M+ projects.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules; coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Review changes and costs; lead meetings and keep executives ahead of issues.
