Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Campus Program Manager to partner with the General Manager, Construction, and leadership to steer a large-scale, multi-phase data center project from pre-construction through commissioning. You will coordinate schedules, manage communications with stakeholders, and ensure transparent, high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes master problem-solving, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Real Estate & Construction or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High-level expertise with Cloud-based MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative skills, follow-through and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate campus leadership team responsibilities and complex schedules.
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of client deliverables across the full project lifecycle.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, partners, and clients.
• Prepare presentations and materials; support client/executive communications.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation across project phases.
