Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead campus facilities maintenance across academic and residential buildings. You will oversee operations, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and supervise a team of technicians and skilled trades staff.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective service delivery in a higher-education environment. A hands-on leader with strong technical and organizational skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical training in facilities management, engineering technology, industrial maintenance, or related.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and BAS.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across campus facilities.
• Manage maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and asset life.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to staff and contractors.
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and utilities.
• Provide coaching and performance management to team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control.
