Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in facilities management or engineering technology.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems.
• Experience utilizing CMMS.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across campus facilities.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and SLAs.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders on facility needs.
