Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of experience in plant and operations maintenance (POM) management.
• Requires 2 years of mentoring and developing hourly associates.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Facilities Management Certification such as CPMM or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators and HVAC/R systems.
• Demonstrate visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined execution.
• Proficient in WebTMA.
• High integrity and business maturity.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• High energy and leadership communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with multiple organizational functions.
