Qualificações

• Associate degree required; no prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.

Responsabilidades

• Event Planning and Coordination: Build and maintain communication networks; provide planning materials; recommend policy changes; liaise with vendors and stakeholders; inventory and order supplies; develop lifecycle process for events.
• Event Workflow Management: Direct work for events including parking credentials, access codes, validations, rates, billing, reconciliations; lead weekly staff meeting; supervise staff and ensure timely completion.
• Customer Service and Satisfaction: Deliver premier customer service to visitors; resolve issues with students, faculty, staff; greet and assist visitors; proactive communication with patrons.
• Training and SOPs: Develop training documents; lead onboarding; develop SOP for parking options and align with customer needs.
