Qualifications

• Associate degree required; five (5) years of related work experience in custodian supervision or equivalent
• Knowledge of custodial operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment
• Strong supervisory, organization, training, and prioritizing abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel between campus locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial operations at assigned campus locations
• Supervise and develop custodial staff; schedule and assign tasks
• Ensure cleanliness, appearance, and safety of facilities; enforce safety standards
• Prepare employee appraisals and budget requests; monitor time sheets and leave forms
• Troubleshoot staff issues; back up staff and travel to campuses as needed
• Support campus facilities operations and drive process improvements
