Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate custodial and maintenance activities at an assigned college.
• Train, supervise and evaluate assigned employees and participate in interviewing and selecting new staff.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain budgets and expenditures; ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
