Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial operations, cleaning techniques, and safety practices; ability to train staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily custodial staff and part-time employees to ensure quality work.
• Schedule, assign tasks, and monitor performance; ensure proper training on equipment.
• Prepare employee appraisals and budget requests for equipment and supplies.
• Review time sheets, approve leave forms, and back up staff as needed.
• Travel to campus locations to support site needs and implement improvements.
