Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train custodial staff; schedule and assign tasks; ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Prepare employee appraisals and budget requests for equipment and supplies.
• Verify time sheets and approve department leave forms; implement operational improvements.
• Travel to campus locations to support site needs and back up staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
