Wolfoods is seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp program across the US. You will oversee all prep and production during designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety and quality in a fast-paced camp kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position requires 6-day/70-hour weeks, seasonal May through Sept, and a commitment to scratch cooking and high-volume service.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
