Valor Hospitality Partners operates The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN, seeking a Lead Café Attendant to manage café operations, guest service, and daily workflow. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and adherence to standards.

Shifts are AM, with up to 7 days a week availability, 6:30am-2pm or 8am-3:30pm; full-time options exist with benefits and schedule flexibility to suit school or family needs. Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–6 months in food and beverage service; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to mix drinks correctly and provide exceptional service.
• Strong multitasking; operate bar tech and carry trays.
• Must read, speak, and understand English; communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest service and satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks and process payments per policy.
• Oversee side work, train team, and maintain workflows.
• Monitor inventory, product quality, and cleanliness.
