Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin seeks a Lead Café Attendant for McGavock's Coffee & Provisions. You will manage daily café operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

This role offers daytime AM shifts (6:30am–2:00pm or 8:00am–3:30pm) with full-time opportunities, competitive wages ($19–$23/hour) and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3–6 months in a food & beverage environment; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to mix drinks and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English; lead and coach a team.
• Must multitask and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines.
• Oversee daily workflow, motivate and train the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain quality service.
• Manage inventory and daily quality control of products.
• Ensure sanitation and safety in accordance with health codes.
• Open/close shifts and handle guest interactions.
