Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN is seeking a Lead Café Attendant to oversee McGavock’s Coffee & Provisions. The role focuses on ensuring top-quality service, managing daily cafe operations, and guiding a friendly team through shift duties.

Responsibilities include drink preparation, guest engagement, and supervising side work while maintaining safety and cleanliness. On-site position with flexible shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Three to six months in a food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to mix drinks and provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lead and guide a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest interactions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee delegation and completion of side work and train new staff.
• Monitor daily workflow, coach team members, and enforce safety/compliance.
