Job summary

Bright Mind Solutions LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a senior Business Systems Engineer to architect and unify our data ecosystem, connecting back-end finance and HR systems for real-time global insights.

You will lead integration design, work with Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Pigment, Tableau/Power BI, and related tools, and partner with Finance, HR and Sales to deliver scalable data solutions for growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in business systems, integrations, or related technical roles.
Experience bridging core business functions with software solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise integrations and data workflows.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Pigment, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and maintain business systems integrations across core enterprise applications.
Serve as a technical lead for architecture, integration strategy, and process optimization.
Build and support integrations using Workato and NetSuite SuiteScript, Salesforce, and related systems.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Revenue, Sales and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support and optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report workflows.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting and data workflows with Tableau and Power BI.
Collaborate with engineering, IT and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
