Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to architect our corporate data ecosystem, unifying back‑end finance and HR systems for a real‑time view of global operations.

You will lead integrations across Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Pigment, Salesforce, and other platforms, design governance, and collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Revenue, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business systems, integrations, or related technical roles.
• Experience across startup, IPO readiness, and enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Workato integration development.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite; Python and Java scripting.
• Experience with NetSuite, Pigment, Zip, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, PLM and inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of business workflows: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report.
• Reporting analytics experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong communication across business and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, and Google Drive; knowledge of AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise integrations across core applications.
• Lead business systems architecture, integration strategy, and process optimization.
• Build and support integrations using Workato; NetSuite SuiteScript; Salesforce, Pigment, Workday, Snowflake.
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support and optimize workflows from Order to Cash through Record to Report.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data workflows with Tableau, Power BI, and scripting.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders on enhancements.
• Use Jira, Slack, and Google Drive for collaboration and documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues and outages.
• Contribute to governance, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
