Job summary

RBM Software is seeking a Senior Business Systems Architect to lead its enterprise systems landscape from San Jose/San Francisco. You will drive scalable processes, oversee integrations, and design roadmap aligned with business goals.

You’ll work across financial, supply chain and customer platforms, leveraging NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee, with middleware like Workato and Mulesoft to automate workflows. Strong SOX governance and leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business systems architecture or administration.
• Deep understanding of finance tech stacks and enterprise platforms.
• Certifications in relevant platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end enterprise solutions across financial, procurement and supply chains.
• Lead complex integrations and manage iPaaS tooling for seamless data flow.
• Define roadmaps and standards for system usage, integration and governance.
• Ensure SOX compliance through internal controls and audits.
• Mentor teammates and deliver actionable insights via dashboards.
