Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Primary responsibility of the role will be to build Nuveen’s IBOR, ABOR and GIPS performance calculation and reporting solution • Review and understand all performance calculation and reporting processes across various Nuveen affiliates and provide support to those processes

• Provide subject matter expertise on Investment Performance and act as the functional lead on strategic projects, new product launches, process optimization, BAU enhancements, incident triaging and resolution

• Understand the different calculation models, inputs to calculations, benchmark data usage, composite construction process, disclosure maintenance process and performance data distribution processes.

• Take functional ownership of all data flows and processes related to investment performance calculation and reporting

• Manage IT and Operations Stakeholder’s expectations in support of strategic initiatives

• Lead the preparation and coordination of integration and user acceptance testing across multiple applications and business stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and timely manner

• Bachelor's Degree Required
