Job Description
We are excited about the opportunity for a strategic thinker and expert problem solver to join our team as a Principal Business Analyst! In this critical role, you will leverage your specialized expertise to provide consultative support that drives insights and a strategic perspective within our organization. You will conduct and assist Business Architects in areas such as claims, distribution, product, service, data, and the Frontier program. Your contributions will support our Business Architects by assessing current capabilities, aligning them with business processes and customer journeys, and deepening our understanding of the insurance lifecycle.
You will perform thorough research and analysis, presenting your findings clearly to recommend impactful changes and solutions that improve business outcomes. With minimal supervision, you will handle complex tasks, ensuring our operations are efficient and innovative. This role offers a unique chance to influence strategic decisions and enhance our operational framework through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
