AbbVie seeks a technology-driven leader to support patient programs by guiding a team of Technology Leads, translating stakeholder needs into robust system requirements, and driving quality, compliance, and efficiency across platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, develop actionable insights from data, and steward projects from planning through successful implementation, ensuring excellent executive and health-care partner experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical equivalency
• 3-5 years of specialty pharmacy experience
• Experience developing and generating reports to maximize efficiency
• Experience with continuous improvement preferred
• Project Management experience a plus
