AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Patient Services Business Design to bridge business strategy and operating execution.

You will shape end-to-end patient support programs, align objectives across multiple stakeholders, and drive consistency and speed to market in a matrixed, regulated environment. You will collaborate with Business Technology Services, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and vendor partners to translate strategy into actionable capabilities, processes, and roadmaps,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in patient services environment preferred.
• 5-7+ years working in healthcare, biopharma, or other regulated environments preferred on teams focused at the product indication, brand, and enterprise level.
• 5+ years translating business needs into solution design.
• 3+ years in Business Design, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Business Solutions Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Strategy into Execution: analyze goals and develop plans connecting strategy to people, processes, and technology.
• Business Capability Mapping: document and model capabilities and value streams to deliver positive patient experiences.
• Process Design & Optimization: identify gaps, build recommendations, drive efficiency in program architecture.
• Architecture Deliverables: produce capability models, operating models, value streams, and roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: support program development with stakeholders and external partners, ensuring understanding.
• Stakeholder Communication: clearly convey complex concepts to senior leadership and partners.
