Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support utility industry initiatives in complex, compliance-driven environments. You will act as the key connection between business stakeholders and software delivery teams, translating operational needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT environments.
• Experience supporting utilities industry projects and NERC compliance.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for requirements management, user stories, and traceability.
• Strong communication and ability to lead stakeholder discussions and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Lead requirements elicitation activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and document reviews.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements artifacts, and end-to-end traceability in Azure DevOps.
• Support utility industry projects operating within NERC-compliant environments, ensuring documentation standards and regulatory expectations are met.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for efficient design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to support solution delivery.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-off sessions.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced projects.
• Support enterprise software development and modernization efforts with analytical insight.
• Drive consistency, clarity, and quality across requirements documentation and delivery practices.
